The City Clerk/Treasurer’s office maintains all official City records of proceedings and documents, including City Council minutes, ordinances, and resolutions. Records Management preserves and protects the public record, providing fundamental integrity to the structure of our government. The City Clerk/Treasurer also works closely with the finance department in providing financial reports, oversees the collection of the City revenue, and serves as a voting member on the Non-Uniform Pension Fund Board.

Public Announcement Regarding Short-Term Rentals

Per Ordinance O-21-94, passed on September 14, 2021, all Short-Term Rentals (STR) are required to obtain and maintain a Short-Term Rental license as of January 2022, to operate within Conway City limits. To obtain a Short-Term Rental license, application shall be made to the Conway City Clerk’s office.
