- Conway Emergency Operations Center (CEOC)
The Conway Emergency Operations Center (CEOC) serves as the unified 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for all of Faulkner County. Our center is responsible for the intake and dispatch of all emergency calls for law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services across the region. We are the first point of contact in times of crisis—ensuring that help is on the way when seconds count.
Staffed 24/7 by highly trained and dedicated public safety telecommunicators, CEOC coordinates emergency response for the Conway Police and Fire Departments, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office, and all county volunteer fire departments. By leveraging the latest in Next Generation 911 technology and digital radio communications, our team ensures fast, accurate, and effective responses for the communities we serve.
In addition to emergency call handling, CEOC works closely with city and county leaders, emergency management, and public safety agencies to prepare for and respond to major incidents, severe weather, and community-wide events. Our commitment is to public safety, operational excellence, and community service.
