Short-Term Rentals Now Required to Obtain and Maintain License

Per Ordinance O-21-94, passed on September 14, 2021, all short-term rentals (STR) are required to obtain and maintain a Short-Term Rental License as of January 2022, to operate within Conway city limits. To obtain a Short-Term Rental License, application shall be made to the Conway City Clerk’s office. The application and related documents can be downloaded at www.conwayarkansas.gov/clerk.
