The City of Conway is accepting applications for a Head Lifeguard position working at the Conway Community Center.

Requirements:

• Must be certified by the American Red Cross as a lifeguard and possess a current certification
• Two (2) years of lifeguard experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have and maintain a valid Arkansas Driver’s License
• Ability to lead and mentor other lifeguards
• Must be able to monitor aquatic center activities and enforce safety rules and regulations
• Must be able to administer CPR/First Aid and respond to emergencies
• Ability to supervise swim lessons, classes, swim meets, and other aquatic events
• Must be able to maintain sanitation of pool facilities and equipment
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and city events as needed

Starting salary is $16.8763 per hour.
