Event Room

The Conway Connect Event room can hold up to 150 people and includes seating, chairs, four TV screens, a podium, and an audio system.   We do not provide a vendor list, but food setup is within the allocated four or eight hours; any earlier times will need to be run by operations.  Food and drinks must be kept in the designated area; no alcohol, no exceptions.  Your party is responsible for setup and cleanup. We ask that you inform us of any decoration being placed throughout the building, walls, or windows, if it is something we can accommodate.
 
Event and Lounge rentals do not include party packages or full facility access. If you wish to use the rest of the facility, guest passes must be purchased at the front desk. The outdoor season does not begin until Memorial Day.
 
Additional accommodations need to be listed in detail and confirmed with our operations manager before signing contracts. You will need the confirmed time, date, and quantity. Payment must be made before or on the day of the event. If you need a tour of the space, we are open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and let them know down at the front desk.

Prime Time Community Lounge

The Prime-Time Connect lounge space can hold up to 60  people and includes seating and tables. Any additional accommodations must be listed in detail and confirmed with our operations manager before signing contracts or submitting deposits. You will need to provide the confirmed time, date, and number of guests.
 
We do not provide a vendor list and food setup must remain within the allocated and reserved area  Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises. The lounge rental fee is $125 per hour  for members and $150 for non-members., Your party is responsible for setup and cleanup. Party packages are not included in this rental .If you wish to use the rest of the facility guest passes must be purchased at the front. 
 
If you would like a tour of the space, we are open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. I have also attached photos for reference.
  1. You must pick up a key or badge to the building from the Conway Community Center, 250 Central Landing Blvd, Conway, AR, on the last business day before your reservation date. The key or badge must be returned to the Conway Community Center the following business day.
  2. Renter must be onsite at the time of the reservation and is listed as the direct point of contact.
  3. A credit card is required to be on file as a deposit, and any deposit charges will be billed accordingly. Your deposit is not part of your rental fee. Any deposit charges will be charged to your credit card.
  4. $500 Rental for half the day (4 hours) required at the time of reservation full room this is due at the time of the reservation and will not move forward until done so, you will be provided a badge once completed. (seats 150)
  5. $1,000 rental per day (8 hours) required at the time of reservation and will not move forward until done. Some sticky tape only allowed for securing decorations.
  6. Renter is responsible for setup and cleaning.
  7. Renter is responsible for unattended or damaged items left in facility space.
  8. We can provide tables and chairs, monitors and cords for presentations or you may bring your own. We can assist in making sure devices are set up and compatible if you choose to bring your own.
  9. If you fail to pick up a key and a city employee is called to give building access there will be a $25.00 charge
