Party Room Rental

Four party rooms are available for booking in 2 hour time slots at both member and non-member rates. You will be assigned a party host and we can provide food and drinks for your party.

Party rooms must be booked online. We will not book them over the phone. If you have further questions or concerns, please email communitycenter@conwayarkansas.gov.

Any changes to reservation will be based on availability. Changes to the time and date of rental will be made at the discretion of the Conway Community Center staff and will be based on availability.
Renter must be at least 18 years old for reservations and must be listed as the main contact and must be onsite the day of event and is responsible for any damages.
Any equipment brought in cannot be left in the facility before time designated in the contract and must be removed immediately after the event has occurred.
Cancellation between 14-29 days of an event will cost 50% forfeit fee.
Renter, guest, caterer or parts of renting party may not be allowed entry or preset up until allotted reserved time. It is renter responsibility to advise this with their third party vendors.
This reservation allows full access to the facility, but any additional reservations will need to be made for guarantees of courts or cabanas for your party.
You are responsible for your own party set up and clean up.
Decorations Are limited to tabletop and freestanding items. No wall attachments. You are responsible for clean up. Trash cans are located on the south side of the building.
Failure to comply will result in denial of any future use.
Outside food and drink can be supplied or provided by your party, but must be kept within party rooms/areas.
20 Day Passes will be provided to cover those non residents/non members. Members will be covered.

Penalties, Forfeitures & Cancellations

If the room(s) are left dirty and requires our staff to clean the building, you will be billed accordingly. If there are any damages to the furnishings, the building itself, or any equipment is found missing, you will be charged based on the damages. A member of our staff will notify you prior to any charges to your credit card.

A $5.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all room rental refunds. Full refund (minus the $5.00 cancellation fee) will be granted if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to event date. If the reservation is canceled between 29-14 days prior to event date a 50% refund will be given (minus the $5.00 cancellation fee). All other cancellations will forfeit rental fees.

Liability Release

I (we) do hereby release and forever discharge the City of Conway and/or Conway Community Center, its staff, volunteers, and/or sponsors from any and all claims, demands, action and/or cause of action on account of damages to personal property or personal injury, which may result from causes beyond the control of, without the fault of or negligence of the City of Conway and/or Conway Community Center, its staff, volunteers, and/or sponsors.
