The City of Conway is accepting applications for a Facility Monitor position working night and weekend shifts at the Conway Community Center.

 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• American Red Cross Certification preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must have and maintain a valid Arkansas Driver’s License
• Ability to ensure patrons follow facility rules and policies
• Ability to assist in preparing and supporting reservations, parties, and rentals
• Must assist with customer service, phone calls, and member check-ins
• Ability to help custodians maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility
• Must assist in opening and closing of the facility
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and city events as scheduled
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

 

Starting salary is $16.7092 per hour.
