The City of Conway is accepting applications for a Full-Time Groundskeeper position working in the Parks and Recreation Department. Requirements are:

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or 1-3 months prior relevant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the ability to communicate and interact with the public.
• Must possess and maintain a valid AR Driver’s License.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in adverse physical environment (inclement weather.)
• Ability to operate mowing, weed trimming and brush cutting equipment.
• Ability to manually remove debris from parks and grounds.
• Must have the ability to achieve work goals, follow City policies and safety procedures.

Salary is $35,103.00 annually with a competitive benefits package.
