The City of Conway is accepting applications for a Part Time Front Desk Attendant position working in the Conway Community Center.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) to two (2) years of administrative support experience preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience preferred
- American Red Cross Certification preferred
- Must have and maintain a valid Arkansas Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must welcome visitors, answer calls, register guests, and assist with facility reservations
- Responsible for opening/closing duties, cash drawer, and daily reporting
- Must help enforce facility policies and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and initiative
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and city events as scheduled
Starting salary is $13.9296 per hour.
