A public information meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm to discuss the proposed Mixed-Use Planned Unit Development for approximately 55 acres located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Thomas G. Wilson Dr and East Dave Ward Dr, immediately east of Lewis Crossing Shopping Center. The proposed development is planned to included restaurants, hotels, a conference/events center, an entertainment/bowling center, multi-family housing, and a food truck court.

The public is invited to participate in the meeting to provide feedback and ask questions. You may also submit questions via email to planning@conwayarkansas.gov.
