Alarm System Permit
The City of Conway passed City Ordinance O-16-45 requiring a permit be obtained for any residence or business with an alarm system installed therein. Any property owner or lessee of property of this city may apply, at no charge, here or in person at the Conway Police Department.
Special Event Permit
The City of Conway, Arkansas has enacted an ordinance for assemblies, demonstrations, special events and parades. The information required on this form is consistent to the enacted City ordinance. The information requested by the application form will be used to determine your eligibility for the special event permit request. Please type or print clearly. The event will not be considered for approval until the entire application and all its parts are received. Applications are due to the Conway Police Department Records Division (1105 Prairie St.), no later than 45 days prior to the proposed parade or special event and no sooner than 180 days prior to the proposed parade or special event.
Wrecker Policy & Forms
Any Company with a base of operations in the City limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City that wishes to provide services must submit an application packet. Under no circumstances will companies be added as a provider to the rotation list without completing and submitting an application packet.

Extra Patrol Request
Extra Patrols provide a means for informing patrol officers of chronic neighborhood problems or conditions that are not of an emergency nature. This initiative is designed to be an effective, proactive response to neighborhood concerns. In short, any non-emergency problem or condition that the police patrol division should be made aware of can be reported using the Extra Patrol Request Form.

Commend an Employee
If you would like to commend an employee of the Conway Police Department, please fill out this form. You may also commend an employee by writing a letter to the Chief of Police. Verbal commendations may also be given to any CPD supervisor. Your comments will be reviewed by the concerned commanding officer and the commended employee.
Report Employee Misconduct
This form should be used exclusively to report employee misconduct. Complaints regarding Conway Police Department policies and procedures, or police response time to a location, should be discussed with the watch commander at the police station.
