The METRO Connect microtransit software transition, originally slated for Tuesday, Sept. 19, has been pushed to Tuesday, Oct. 10. The METRO team is taking extra steps to work through some needed updates for a successful launch. Thank you in advance for your patience. We look forward to helping riders use the pending new app and improving the microtransit service with this change.

This transition includes migrating from the Transloc ride-booking app to a new app, powered by Via, called METRO Connect – Rock Region, which will be available in app stores closer to the launch date. With this change in software, there will also be related zone geography and operational changes, including no longer allowing advance trip bookings to improve overall wait and travel times.
